United Living awarded two places on the Hyde Group’s main contractor framework
United Living have been awarded two places on a framework that will help build thousands of new homes across London and the south east.
The framework has been set up by the Hyde Group, and United Living are placed on London Lot 5 valued at £5-10m and London Lot 6 for work over £10m.
Steve Carden, Managing Director of Construction South at United Living, said: “We are very proud to have been awarded two places within Hyde’s main contractor framework. This is the first time that we have worked with Hyde and we are very excited to forge a new client relationship over the coming years and support them deliver their own, exemplar developments in true collaboration and with their communities at the heart of our activities.”

At a total value of £2 billion, this framework will assist Hyde in the delivery of 11,000 new mixed tenure homes.
