Jason Ivens wins NHBC Pride in the Job Award 2020
Jason Ivens, Site Manager at United Living New Homes, has been recognised by the National House Building Council (NHBC) with an award for excellence in on-site management.
He is one of 450 finalists chosen out of more than 11,000 applicants nationwide for the NHBC Pride in the Job Awards 2020.
The award reflects the hard work and dedication displayed though a multi-million pound regeneration project in Filton. Working in partnership with housing association Bromford, United Living New Homes recently completed the construction of 17 new homes in Rodney Crescent, replacing eight former properties.
Caroline Lewis, Head of Land and Planning at United Living New Homes, said: “We are delighted that Jason has achieved the prestigious Pride in the Job Award on this project which has been thoroughly deserved. Jason and his team’s commitment to ensure handovers take place on time despite a global pandemic has been first class.”
Ellen Copeland, Development Manager at Bromford, said: “Jason is an excellent site manager and is exemplary in the way that he works, in his approach and in his attitude towards his site and his subcontractors. He thoroughly deserved this recognition.”
Jason added: “I am really proud to have been presented with this award from the NHBC. It means so much to myself and the team to receive this level of recognition, and reflects the high quality new homes which we have constructed at Rodney Crescent.”
