This is the first project that will be delivered in close partnership with Flagship Homes (part of the Flagship Group), and will deliver much needed affordable housing for local residents.
The £9.7 million development, along North Pickenham Road, features a mix of 2-bedroom bungalows, 1 bedroom walk up flats and 2, 3- and 4-bedroom houses. The properties are a mix of Shared Ownership and Affordable Rent and are supported by Homes England funding.

Flagship Homes have values that compliment these in making a difference to the lives of the people and communities in which they work, so we are very excited to come together to help meet the housing needs of the area.”

It’s so important to provide homes to local people, with the opportunity to get onto the property ladder too. These new homes are one more important step towards our goal of solving the housing crisis in the East of England”.
Construction is due to start in April 2021, and will signal the start of a projected 109-week scheme.
