It’s been a busy and rewarding few weeks at United Living Group, showcasing & reflecting on some of the fantastic work being done by our apprentices and graduates across the business as part of National Apprenticeship & Careers Week 2021.
United Living Group is serious about nurturing talent. We believe that our people are vital for the sustainability and continuing growth of any business. Recruiting new staff through apprenticeships & graduate positions enables us to deliver higher levels of quality and service, as well building for the future through the provision of opportunities for young people starting out, and those maybe looking for a change of career.
As a member of the 5% Club, United Living is committed to having apprentices, graduates and trainees make up at least 5% of the workforce in the next five years. Currently we have 20 apprentices and 30-line management/senior apprentices, highlighting the real importance we place on supporting the personal growth of our team.

We are committed to building a pipeline of future talent as well as supporting our existing staff develop their skills.

As such, we all need to encourage more young people & those maybe looking for a career change to explore the potential roles within our industry, so that we can create the communities of tomorrow”.
