Frank Lincoln, Regional Managing Director, United Living New Homes, said: “We’re incredibly pleased to begin work on this vital scheme that will deliver much needed affordable homes for local people.

“We have forged a strong partnership with Midland Heart and have a shared understanding of the importance of creating quality homes and enhancing local communities”.

Chris Miller, Director of Development at Midland Heart, commented: “This is a great scheme, and we’re looking forward to building on our relationship with Partner Construction and strengthening our programme in this part of the region.

“This development, along with others, will enable us to make a significant contribution to families in the area, providing access to good quality, affordable housing.”

The 165-week project is due to be completed in summer 2024.
