United Living Group strengthens its energy and sustainability capabilities with key appointment

United Living Property Services (ULIS) continues to expand its Net Zero and Decarbonisation capabilities with the key appointment of Andy Merrin as Innovation and Decarbonisation Director.

With over twenty years of experience working in the built environment, Andy brings a wealth of expertise across the energy, low carbon and environmental sectors.

His appointment enhances ULIS sustainability offer to customers, as well as helping United Living Group achieve its broader goal of reducing its carbon emissions to net-zero by 2030.

Andy starts his new career with United Living Group after 12 years at Engie, where he was Head of Energy and Innovation.
