£160 million partnership agreement secured with Lewisham Homes

Leading social housing maintenance provider, United Living Property Services has successfully secured a 10-year partnership agreement with the leading social housing provider, Lewisham Homes.

The 10-year agreement is valued at circa £160 million, with United Living Property Services delivering housing repairs across the South of the borough.

The work includes – External enveloping, other external refurbishment works such as decorations and rainwater goods, kitchen & bathroom replacements, door & window substitutes, rewires and roofing.

Their recent work for us includes a major refurbishment and recladding project on three high-rise blocks in New Cross. United Living Property Services is currently delivering an extensive building safety and refurbishment programme to three thirteen storey blocks on behalf of Lewisham Homes following testing revealed combustible cladding on the blocks.

Works commenced in July 2017 with all three blocks stripped within 11 weeks, with new fire-resistant cladding installed. The programme has also included installing smoke detectors, sprinkler systems, upgraded windows, new doors and balconies & structural works.
