Tottenham Hale regeneration project progressing well

United Living New Homes is playing a pivotal role in the regeneration of Tottenham Hale in North London.

Our Welbourne development provides 131 new homes and a much-needed health centre, helping Tottenham Hale become London’s next affordable neighbourhood of choice.

Designed by architects Pollard Thomas Edwards and developed on behalf of Argent Related PLC, the Welbourne scheme in North London will bring forward a blend of stunning one, two and three-bedroom flats arranged over 3 and 16 storeys.

The development will also provide a raised landscaped courtyard and roof terrace for all residents, space for a new health centre to serve up to 30,000 local people, and retail space on the ground floor to cater to the local population’s needs.

The new health centre will be managed by the local NHS and will significantly improve healthcare facilities and health opportunities for Tottenham residents.

The development forms part of a broader £500 million programme of works, which are being delivered as part of a ‘Strategic Development Partnership’ (SDP) between Argent Related PLC and London Borough Haringey Council.

Haringey Council will own the new homes, and they will be managed by Homes for Haringey, which is responsible for the day to day management of Haringey’s Council properties.

The scheme also includes sustainable transport infrastructure, with cycle bays for residents and health centre users to encourage cycling and promote the use of public transport.

Providing an update on the project, Nick Tijou, Regional Managing Director, United Living New Homes South, said: “I am pleased to say that works are progressing well at our site in Welbourne. “We are proud to be creating much-needed homes and space for a health centre in the heart of Tottenham Hale”.

The works are scheduled to be completed in summer 2022.
