United Living signs Armed Forces Covenant
United Living Group is pleased to announce that it has signed the Armed Forces...
As a growing business with multiple sites, United Living Group is in a strong position to offer a wide range of employment opportunities to Ukrainian refugees across the UK.
Working with the Home Office and Department for Work and Pensions, we are pleased to announce that we have committed to offering up to 80 job opportunities to help support the Ukrainian community.
In addition to offering employment, we will ensure all Ukrainians joining our business are given the help and support they need with any practical challenges they might face whilst adapting to life in the UK. To assist with language barriers, we will be working with local colleges to offer English tuition and provide assistance for those in search of housing.
You can find all of our vacancies here. If you know any Ukrainian refugees interested in applying for any of the vacancies, please ask them to email jobs@unitedliving.co.uk.
All applicants do need to hold the relevant VISA/Right to Work in the UK.
Neil Armstrong, CEO and Chairman, United Living Group, said: “The war in Ukraine is causing untold heartache for families. We want to send a message to those fleeing the appalling situation in their home country that they are very welcome here, and ready to support them however we can.
As a leading UK placemaker, we have a healthy mix of job vacancies. Our multiple sites around the UK mean we’re in a position to offer roles to Ukrainian refugees in various locations.”
By working with the Home Office and Department for Work and Pensions and partners, we hope to help as many people as possible and provide much-needed stability and security in their lives.”
