United Living Group is pleased to announce that it has signed the Armed Forces...
United Living Property Services in partnership with Clarion Housing Group have donated £8000 to Chichester Community Development Trust (CCDT) to help fund a Children’s play area in the recently renovated Graylingwell chapel.
The restored Graylingwell Chapel is available to everybody from Monday to Saturday, 8am-5pm, with a café; a space to meet; a space to share and come together with friends and family and in the evenings the chapel holds events such as comedy clubs and live music performances.
With the help from United Living Group’s generous donation, the church in now able to buy new stimulating toys and equipment to facilitate the premises and create a suitable place for children. This space provides an essential safe space for children to play whilst visitors can get support from the various group sessions that are regularly held at the chapel.
Claire Robinson, Partnerships coordinator for CCDT, said: “The play area, part funded by United Living, has empowered the Trust to provide story time and supper sessions for young families left isolated for extended periods of time during Covid, and in great need of both resources and connections to other local families. United Living’s donation has made significant, tangible differences to families living in and around Graylingwell Park and CCDT is hugely grateful for their support.”
