United Living Group, the provider of infrastructure, affordable housing, property services, and telecoms, is pleased to announce that its subsidiary, United Living Property Services (ULPS), has won a contract with the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea worth up to £23.3 million over two years.
The contract is to deliver a renewal programme that will upgrade over 2,100 kitchens and 1,670 bathrooms in properties across the whole Borough covering 31 locations. ULPS’ Resident Liaison Officers and design teams will work closely with residents to select their preferred styles.
The project will involve extensive renovation work to install modern fixtures and fittings to help revitalise thousands of homes in the area. These will include extract ventilation, boiler replacements, electricity smart meter upgrades and works to asbestos, damp and fire doors.
