Richard joined the company 1986 and was appointed as Regional Director in October 2010. Richard is responsible for all of the West Midlands operational activities and is a board director. Richard is MCIOB and has extensive new build and refurbishment knowledge in the housing and care sectors.

Bola Oladimeji

Bola Oladimeji is Group General Counsel with day-to-day responsibility for providing strategic support to the business through legal advice on a variety of matters in response to business needs and supporting the Board through the development, implementation and maintenance of corporate governance procedures and policies to ensure regulatory compliance throughout the business. Bola’s background is as a construction lawyer having spent a number of years in the City and in-house working on procurement, development, construction, engineering, and major projects in the UK and internationally.

Mark Perry

Mark joined the company in 2012 and was appointed Area Manager in 2015. Mark is responsible for all the operational activities within the region. Mark has more than 30 years’ experience of working in Wales and the South West ranging from new build to refurbishment in both the public and private sectors.

Sarah Roots

Sarah joined United Living as Head of Marketing and Communications in February 2016. She spent a number of years as a magazine and newspaper journalist before a 12-year career at John Lewis where she looked after communications. Sarah is responsible for all internal and external communications at United Living as well as events and marketing.

David Jenkins

David joined the business in 1999. Appointed as Group Head of Procurement in December 2014, David utilises a data led strategic procurement and supply chain strategies to deliver effective procurement and supply chain performance.

Neil Edmunds

Neil Edmunds started his career in operational management in the Mining sector working for British Coal. He moved into H&S over 25 years ago with experience in offshore oil & gas (including 5 years with the regulator post Piper Alpha), rail and construction. He has held senior positions at companies within these sectors and latterly H&S Director for Wates Group and Head of H&S at Laing O Rourke Manufacturing Division before joining United Living in April 2015.

Greg Morley

Greg has been Group CIO at United Living since April 2015 and has 20 years’ international experience guiding IT strategy in a number of sectors. Greg is passionate about technology as an enabler and also participates in STEM and start-up initiatives.
