three-step process

Recruitment Process

We’ll review your experience and skills to see how they align with the role you’ve applied for.  If you seem like a good fit, we’ll be in touch to arrange the next steps, usually a phone call or virtual chat to learn more about you.

If shortlisted, you’ll be invited to an interview. This is a chance for us to learn more about your expertise and for you to demonstrate how you reflect our United Living values. The interview process does vary depending on the role, but we’ll always make sure you know what to expect and give you time to prepare.

If you’re successful, we’ll share feedback and begin the final checks, including Right to Work and DBS (if applicable). Once everything’s in place, we’ll send you a formal offer.
