Our Early Careers apprenticeship programmes offer a range of exciting opportunities for school and college leavers, undergraduates, and trading professionals. Covering both on-site and office-based positions, you will gain hands-on industry experience and the knowledge required to achieve a nationally recognised qualification, all whilst earning a competitive salary.

our COLLEGE PARTNERSHIP

Hydrogen training centre

United Living partnership with Riverside College and National Gas

Our Infrastructure Services team has worked closely with the college to develop a training centre and apprenticeship scheme to deliver a fresh pipeline of skilled welders to support the present and future needs of the energy network.

Accredited by TWI & IGEM, the scheme offers blended learning, with physical and digital on-site training. It also supports up-skilling and explores retraining opportunities to allow skilled adults to move between various green energy sectors, which will be vital for achieving the UK’s target of net zero carbon emissions by 2050.
