Prioritising learning and development

We prioritise learning and development at United Living and pride ourselves on the culture we have built. We nurture talent and reward high performance. From the moment you join our team, we will support you to develop and grow your skill set, to progress your career. Identification of learning requirements and opportunities takes place with your manager at least twice a year, as part of your regular Performance Development Reviews (PDRs).

Our approach to learning underpins the essential competencies to manage risk and is an integral part of our Investors in People Gold Accreditation.
