Wheaters Meadow is located in the heart of Walton-on-the-Naze, a seaside town in the Tendring district of Essex.

And with a number of high-rated Ofsted schools close by, it’s also a brilliant spot for those wishing to raise a young family.
Built on part of a former caravan park and supported by Homes England funding, all the properties are 100% affordable, whether through shared ownership or social rent.
This ensures genuine affordability for residents and widens the range of housing options for the local community.
Wheaters Meadow is one of two projects we have delivered in close partnership with Flagship Homes, with a clear focus on building affordable properties for all so that everyone can find a house they can call home.
The other is a £9.7 million, 73-home development called Tower Mill in Necton, Norfolk. The development includes 20 shared ownership homes and 53 affordable rent homes, which will be managed by Flagship’s housing association, Victory Homes.
