The Challenge

This award-winning scheme is part of a major regeneration project helping London Borough of Ealing to develop the estates new identity and create a sustainable ‘Community of Choice’.

The Solution

Phase 2: the construction of 33 dwellings comprising 30 private sale flats and 3 private sale houses.

Phase 4: involves the construction of 2 new houses and 29 apartments (all affordable rent) over 5 storeys (2 units will be wheelchair accessible) along with all associated hard and soft landscaping, the units are a mix of 1, 2, 3 and 4 bed homes.

  • Building for Life and Secured by Design standards incorporated into the build
  • 10% of the new and converted dwellings designed to meet the GLA/Habinteg Wheelchair Design Guide
  • Achieved Code for Sustainable Homes Level 4 and BREEAM Very Good
