Work starts at Westminster Works in Birmingham

 · Posted in News

United Living are to play a key role in Birmingham City’s Southern Gateway regeneration by constructing 220 apartments in the city centre.

The development, which is named Westminster Works, comprises of one and two bedroom apartments over eight storeys and is being built on behalf of The High Street Group.

Being located near the proposed HS2 Curzon Street station and other main stations makes this an excellent base for commuters; it brings a vibrant new life to a former industrial site.

Helen Francis, Business Development Director at United Living, said: “We are pleased to start work on another exciting project for The High Street Group, following on from the recent completion of the Solstice Apartments in Milton Keynes and our ongoing Middlewood Plaza, Salford scheme which is on programme for the first batch of apartments to be completed this summer. Westminster Works is a fantastic scheme located in the heart of Birmingham; it will provide high quality, modern living as part of the larger regeneration of the area.”
