We were appointed by Notting Hill Housing to deliver this mixed use scheme in Grange Walk, Bermondsey in the heart of Southwark’s regeneration area.
The development will provide 205 homes, made up of studios, 1,2,3 and 4 bedroom duplex and town houses with a mix of tenure including affordable rent, shared ownership and private sale. 20 of the units will also be designed for wheelchair users.
There will also be retail units on the ground floor of two of the blocks.
We have worked closely with Notting Hill Housing and PCKO architects to ensure the design is sympathetic to the local area, one of the oldest parts of Southwark with its ancient buildings and cobbled streets.
Grange Walk is at the heart of Bermondsey Spa and the site team are working closely with local residents and the wider community to ensure minimal disruption.
