United Living was appointed by Moat Housing to carry out the Estate Regeneration of the Pollards Hill Estate over the next 4-year period. Moat Housing has invested some £20.3m into improving the part of Pollards Hill Estate.
The estate has been deteriorating for some time through a combination of poor quality design and a lack of investment which has lead to a number of social, environmental and economic problems. United Living is working closely with Moat Housing to not only improve the living facilities of hundreds, but also to create a community that is involved, engaged & proud of where they live.
