The Build to Rent market is not a new tenure, but one that is experiencing a period of prolonged and significant growth, from both UK based and international investors.

We use our land sourcing and construction platform to identify and secure land for planning, designing and building rental homes, right across the UK, working in collaboration with housing providers from the outset of the development.

At the heart of our approach is the belief that great architecture and design are integral to each and every development that we deliver.

Working with a team of residential development experts, including architects, engineering specialists and place making consultants, we specialise in multi-family, city centre locations, alongside low-density housing urban regeneration and greenfield developments.

Whether we are working with social landlords or major institutional investors, our shared goal is to provide purpose-developed homes for rent, and to do so in a way that meets the particular needs and expectations of contemporary renters. This will meet the gap in the market and ensure that high quality homes are available for those who need them.
