United Living New Homes

Sharing our customers vision and values, we work collaboratively, to support the ever-increasing UK demand for new homes. We provide high quality, energy efficient, sustainable homes and communities for Housing Associations, Local Authorities, Institutional Investors and private developers.

Our projects include mixed tenure, low, medium and high-rise multifamily apartment schemes and single family traditional homes. Working nationally our projects operate in urban, city centre and rural locations with a focus on placemaking and a positive contribution to the built environment.

Partner Construction, a subsidiary of the group is a specialist in sourcing land and tailoring a design and build package to suit specific location and customer requirements.

Land Sourcing

Meeting the demand for housing has become one of the main challenges facing our sector. Appreciating these challenges, we have established relationships to enable us to identify land suited to the needs of our clients, considering budget, specification objectives, demographic nuances and location.

Private Rental

We have established specialist teams of designers and consultants to maximise PRS opportunities, creating value and efficient schemes to deliver profitable returns and viable projects.

New Housing

We understand our customers’ focus on delivering high quality homes, safely, and work with them to develop sustainable communities which satisfy local housing strategy and provide for future needs.

Working in conjunction with our customers and design consultants, we have the expertise to shape specific solutions and develop a service which meets planning, community housing demands and budget restraints.

Multi Occupancy

Utilising the skills of our technical and pre-construction teams, we will identify and mitigate risk in advance of programme delivery.

We recognise that successful new build needs innovation in design and specification, build and process, and also has to challenge established thinking to address the demands of fuel poverty and carbon reduction.

Build to Rent and Private Rented Sector
