In addition to reactive repairs, we carry out work within empty homes, particularly in deprived locations where development is crucial for enhancing communities. We work hard to renew vacant homes to Decent Homes Standards or better, enabling our clients to let their property to residents and address housing shortages within the local area.

Our services include fixes to central heating and boiler breakdown, kitchen and bathroom works, doors, windows and double-glazing fixes, roof repairs, along with cyclical decoration to communal areas.
